 is the twice-yearly newsletter of the City of Oakland's Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Program reporting on the last six month's progress implementing Oakland's Bicycle Master Plan. The newsletter is mailed or emailed to those on the program's contact list, and is available below in .pdf format.
